Abstract:
This invention is to adopt Al203 an Molybdenum (or tungsten) rod as basic raw materials. Through formation and sintering, these two raw materials are potted together at one stroke said product enjoys securely potted, corrosion-resisting, anti-hot shock, high mechanical strength, long operating life, and it is a new product able to fulfill a multi-kinds of severe operating environments. The key of said product is to guarrantee the quick burning of Al2O3 porcelain blocks to 1400 deg.C, and then put it between Mo (W) rod hole and Mo (W) screw arbor with a suitable clearance (ideal clearance is 10-20 um), in order to produce a suitable interference between Al2O3 porcelain frame body and the hole after sintering and volumetric shrinkage of Al203 porcelain frame body, to get a result of firm fixation.
