Abstract:
     The invention relates to a hot pressing electric light resource pedestal by utilizing the formaldihyde resin or amino resin, that is the lamp holder with central hole metal electrode material inlayed in the formulated resin material. Its manufacturing method follows the usual thermal- solidification technology, ie, in heated mould cavity through preheat, inlay the pieces, feeding material, moulding, air releasing and solidification processes. A producing part is provided on the upper mould where it is directly pointing the central hole of the metal electrode portion, so that, it can be clutched with the central hole of metal electrode. Besides, the titanium dioxycide can be added. The invention is safe and reliable in operation, safe in metal material, simple in processing technology and low in cost.
