Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of refractory metol powder, in particular it relates to a manufacturing method of mingled tungsten powder required for producing tungsten filament of lamp bulb. Its technological process is: (1) preparation of solutions to be mixed: ammonium metatungstate, potassium silicate, aluminium nitrate, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid; (2) liquid-liquid mixing the above-mentioned solutions in a certain proportion; (3) spray drying the above mixed solutions; (4) spray-dried powder is reduced by hydrogen and made into the mingled tungsten powder; (5) press moulding; (6) levitation smelting; (7) spin-forging; (8) drawing to make tungsten filament of lamp bulb.
