Abstract:
     The invention is characterized in that the bulb diameter of high power (500-1500W) tungsten halide lamp is decreased to 8 plus or minus 0.5mm from the traditional 10 mm, the mixed gas of bromide and chloride used as circulating agent is filled in the lamp bulb to ensure no weaking of circulation, thus no reduction of lamp service life. The advantages are economizing costly quartz glass, lowering cost, convenient for management due to same bulb diameter for all power level of lamp.
