Abstract:
     An automatic positioner for lamp bulb production has a vibrating charge hopper with spiral surface on its inner surface for lifting bulbs along it. The infrared transmitter and receiver can check the direction of bulb, where an inclined downward spiral channel composed of 4 metal wires is used to deliver bulbs. Three plate barriers are hinged outside the outer cylinder of position distributor to form a space for accepting a bulb. Under the device, there is a conveying belt with locating disk and controllers at its both sides, which can control the horizontal direction of bulbs by means of infrared ray.
