Abstract:
     The shielding plate for color TV kinescope is made of iron-nickel alloy through punching technology. In the punching process, this shielding plate is kept at the temperature range of 150-200 deg.C. The material of the shielding plate will reache the yield limit of 0.2% at a temperature in range of 150-200 deg.C and under the tensile stress of less than 150 N/mm2.
