Abstract:
     This invention refers to the guard of quaternary structured field emission display device and making method thereof, wherein the guard uses a glass board as spacer, one side of the glass board is adhered with a metal conductive board as convergence electrode layer, another side is set an insulation layer in crazing mode, the second conductive board is on outer side of the insulation layer and is used as gate layer, the said support glass board and two conductive boards are respectively set with through hole for electronic beam to pass. Said four-polar structure is easily to make.
