     This invention discloses a field emission display device, which contains a cathode, a high resistance layer, plurality of tips, an anode and a fluorescent layer, wherein the high resistance layer is formed on said cathode, said plurality of tips are vertically arranged said high resistance layer, said fluorescent layer is coated on said anode and has plurality of scattering particles, the incident fluorescent light scattered to every direction in the action of the scattering particles, so raising the diffusibility to obtain uniform image display effect.
