| The catched whale shark is cleaned, then the head is cut down to scrape out the brain which is concentrated by cooking and being exposed in the sun and ready for use. The concentrated brain is cut into pieces or shaped mechanically or manually, then the high class product is selected and the low grade is removed. According to the proportion, the whale shark brain, crystal sugar and spring water are mixed, then the finished product is obtained through the processes of bottling, sealing, sterilizing, cooling and inspecting. The advantages are simple processing method, the product being nourishment, cheap price and good quality. | |||
