Abstract:
     The characteristic of the processing method lies in that one small shrimp is made into batterfly shrimp A retaining telson and uropodium, several small shrimps are made into several shelled fresh shrimps B, the B are over/apped in proper order on the top part of the section A to splice into butterfly shrimp C, and it is finished by sending C to freezer to freeze into one block. Said invention processes the small shrimps into large shrimp and makes the economical value of small shrimp increase greatly.
