Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a kind of method for processing the freshwater product-cambaroides. The characteristics are that the catched cambaroides is rinsed and its head is removed, then the belly membrane is cut and removed to the tail, the intestinal glands are picked out, the shell is retained, then it is finished through quick freezing. Said invention overcomes the shortage existed in current shelling processing cambaroides and makes the products be both good-looking and good in taste. The economic value of the cambaroides is increased and the demand of export is satisfied.
