Abstract:
     A method for processing mussel protein feed is developed in accordance with the condition that the growth period of mussel is seasonal and the harvest time is centralized. In the harvest season of mussel, the mussels are washed, crushed to separate the shell and pulp, then an edible acid is added to the separated mussel pulp to make it convert into storable liquified protein of mussel, then the processes of neutralization, carrier adsorption, drying, mixing nutrition in proper proportion, and crushing are carried out step by step, and at last, the mussel protein feed is made up. The mussel protein feed made by said method is powdery and easy to digest and assimilate, and capable of substituting for the imported fish meal used as feeding protein source for fish, shrimp, poultry and animals.
