Abstract:
     The invented technology features that the raditapes variegata is put in the sea water or artificial sea water with salinity of 25-35, the temp of water is controlled at 8-32 deg.C, oxygen content is 3 ppm until to saturation, the sand-spitting environment should keep dark and quiet, the thickness of piled raditapes variegata is 3-5 times of its height, the operation can be conducted in sand-spitting device. The invented technology enables the sand-spitting time reduced to 1.5 hr. and saves labour and water.
