Abstract:
     The method includes such technological steps as immersing whole animal in liquid nitrogen thoroughly, coarsely grinding it under spraying of liquid nitrogen, dewatering under freezing, fine grinding it into powder under spraying of liquid nitrogen, and sterilization of powder. The finished product may be used as health-care food or medicine with the advantages of complete nutrients, no by-effect, and no loss of nutrients and medicinal components as it is made up under low temp condition.
