Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a kind of demold apparatus and de-mold method for producing dry sausage casing which is the main raw material of high grade sausage. The demold apparatus is composed of seizing tube, figurated mold and pull ring. In the seizing tube there is a through hole, on outside of the seizing tube, there are ring grooves for fixing the sausage casing. Owing to the de-mold technology uses special tools of seizing tube and pull ring ect., to detach internally the figurated mold with the sausage turning over outward or not, and to eliminate the application of lubricant and stiff pulling of the existent demold technological process, the pass rate reaches 100% and the high grade rate is 98%. It features white, sanitary, ordorless, not being suffused with yellow colour, non oxidation and longer preservation period. The sausage made by said casing features bright and clearly red colour, uniform thickness and long preservation period.
