Abstract:
     A mechanical vapour scalding method for animal hairs and feather and the equipment are published in this invention. Vapour immesion and scald for animal and birds are adopted in this method, so the procedure before shedding of hair and feather is completed. The equipments mainly are comprised of controlled conveyine line in the control system, vapour channel chamber, vapour feed unit, vapour blowout booster, vapour recoverer and temperature control system. For this method, pollution of butchered animals and birds is avoided in the process of immersion and scald, the quality of hairs and feathers is not damaged, the energy source and water are saved and the pollution for environment is reduced.
