Abstract:
     Based on the original technology of sausage manufacture, a procedure of press moulding formation is added, namely, it is produced by putting a semifinished sausage product in the mould with geometric forms, then the product is heated and finally formed. Using a cutting method just as in the case of ordinary sausage, slices of sausage with geometric forms like the moulds will be obtained. This reduces the labour of making special-shaped sausages in the past.
