Abstract:
     The opening method of conch malacoderm shell and equipment are presented in this invention. The unit consists of microwave generator, ring unit and transitional waveguide. A double ridge waveguide is mounted between transitional waveguides. The ridge width of double ridge waveguide is 15-50 mm and the opening is 40-60 mm. The heater is made of single ridge waveguide on which back is opened rectangular slot. When the band carrier with the oyster passes through the heater, the oysters are heated by microwave radiation and double shells are opened.
