Abstract:
    The present invention belongs to the field of aquatic product processing technology, and is especially method of eliminating mucus and silt from body surface of cephalopodium aquatic product. The method includes the following steps: 1. defrosting, eliminating internal organ and washing; 2. setting salt icy water containing salt in 2-8 wt% and cephalopodium aquatic product, such as octopus, in 1-3 times the salt icy water inside a drum, rolling and kneading for 10-45 min, and draining salt water; 3. dissolving alum in 0.2-0.8 wt% in icy water, pouring the icy water with alum into the drum, rolling for 5-30 min, and draining alum water; and 4. washing the octopus with water. The method is safe, simple and practical, and may be used widely for processing cephalopodium aquatic product.
