Abstract:
    Provided is a meat slicer using rotary knife which can reliably cut the block meat of pig tenderloin etc and the soft raw meat etc even with major figure and roundness, which includes a bottom belt conveyer (4) output by the carried block meat, a meat case (3) having a lateral wall guide plate (6) disposed on one side of the bottom belt conveyer (4), and a rotary knife for pushing the block meat output from the anterior extremity part of the meat case (3) to the lateral wall guide plate (6) direction and slicing. At least one part of the lateral wall guide plate (6) is composed of a transporting surface of the lateral belt conveyer (5) moving along the bottom belt conveyer (4) in synchronization.
