Abstract:
     Disclosed is an identifying and controlling system of slaughter production line and its identifying method, wherein the system comprises a data server and a plurality of controllers in communication with the data server, a plurality of radio-frequency read-write equipments in communication with each controller or data server, at least a track radio-frequency electronic label integrally arranged with the slaughtered articles. The production line is also provided with at least a detecting module and a detachment control module for controlling a branch track separating arrangement to separate slaughtered articles of different classes.
