Abstract:
     The efficient lignin additive for aerated concrete mortar is used to raising the flowability and strength of laying and plastering mortar. The present invention features that the efficient mortar additive has lignin sulfonate as main component as well as oxidant, catalyst, condensating agent, sulfonating agent, surfactant, polymer and is prepared through catalytic oxidation, sulfomethylation and condensation. The efficient mortar additive can raise the flowability of mortar, raise its strength, retard setting, decrease crack caused by temperature change, adhere mortar, eliminate separation and lamination and raise anti-seepage capacity. The present invention is suitable for aerated concrete laying and plastering mortar.
