Abstract:
     Based on the structural characteristics of pig hide, dealkalization is arranged between the resolution of hair by sodium sulfide and the expansion by sodium hydroxide in existing alkali moult method. At same time, bare hide and sulfide residual in moulting liquid are oxidized to reduce the difference at different parts on bare hide for easy recovery of hydrolyzed hair protein. The content of sulfide in waste water is conformed to drainage standard.
