Abstract:
     It is composed of bristle extraction heads of the rotating clipper group type, which are air (liquid)-operated or pushed (pulled) by elastic end face cams distributed at multiple positions, air (liquid) power system, multi-axes transmission box, location slots of pig bodies, bristle collecting hopper, frame, washing apparatus and belt conveyer for bristles. It mainly suits to the mechanical bristle extraction under the conditions when pigs are killed in a large quantity, before hair-eliminatin and hot scald, and not any chemical drugs are painted or sprayed on the bristly-growing parts of pig bodies.
