Abstract:
     The invention relates to sea-buckthorn bread and process of preparation comprising, mixing sea-buckthorn leaves powder by de-watering sea-buckthorn leaves into bread powder, fermenting, and baking, wherein the proportion of bread powder and sea-buckthorn leaves powder is 0.5-1.0g of sea-buckthorn leaves powder in per 100g bread powder, each 100g of sea-buckthorn bread contains sea-buckthorn flavone 1-2 mg, triterpene acid 1-2 mg and right amount of coarse fiber, crude protein and crude fat.
