| The present invention discloses a process for preparing no white alum deep-fried twisted dough sticks. The prepared deep-fried twisted dough sticks by said method has good tastiness and no harmful effect of white alum. The traditional method is improved by said invented method. The formula is that, 500 g of flour, 600 g of water, 10 g of salt, 10 g of sodium carbonate, 10 g of citric acid, which are mixed and deep fried in oil. | |||
