Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a raw material formula of dumplings with cactus stuffing. Its main material includes 20-60% of cactus block (shreds), 5-20% of cactus powder, 5-20% of cactus juice, 30-50% of refined wheat flour and 20-40% of fresh shredded meat; and its flavouring material includes 8g of refined salt, 4g of mononatrium glutamate 10g of sauce, proper quantity of powdered onions and ginger, 10g of sesame oil, 25g of vegetable oil and 2g of white pepper. The cactus is an edible cactus of mibangta of Mexican. The product contains 26 trace elements of potassium, calcium, copper, manganese, zinc and strontium, etc. 16 amino acids vitamin C, B, beta-carotene and crude fibre.
