     The invention discloses a bread nutrition premixed flour, composed in weight percent of millet protein powder 0.5-10%, wheat green micropowder 0.5-15%, wheat green chlorophyll powder 0.5-10%, bread improver 0.1-1% and wheat flour 80-98%. The bread product produced by it have natural light green, is obviously and balancedly improved in nutritive value, and has the content of chlorophyll, carota, cellulose, vitamins C and B, Ca, Fe, etc, all above twice higher than that of ordinary bread; has large volume, smooth surface, uniform texture, good elasticity, dainty taste and primely overcomes the defects in the traditional breads.
