Abstract:
     The present invention is making process and product of nutritive vegetable food. The production process with the materials including corn flour and wheat flour in the weight ratio of 1 to 0.3-0.7 and vegetable juice and egg liquid in the weight ratio of 1 to 0.3-0.7 includes mixing the said materials added with proper amount of salt to form dough; forming in mold; and oil frying. The food product is especially suitable for children and old people.
