| The high cubic texture anode foil of aluminium electrolytic capacitor is etched with two-step method. The anode foil is treated in the electrolyte containing hydrochloric acid 3% and aluminium 1% (in the form of aluminium chloride) at 75 deg.C under the action of higher DC current density. In the second step, the said etched foil is treated in a similar electrolyte at 80 deg.C-83.5 deg.C with much lower DC current density. The foil etched in this way is of much higher electric capacity. Which produce from higher channal density, and completely straight line shape channel structure. | |||
