Abstract:
     The high cubic texture anode foil of aluminium electrolytic capacitor is etching with two-step method. First it is treated in the electrolyte bath containing hydrochloric acid 3% and aluminium (in the form of aluminium chloride) 1% at 75 deg.C under the action of DC. Then it is treated at 85 deg.C for 5-7 minutes in a aqueous solution the containing nitric acid 8% and aluminium (in the form of aluminium nitrate) 2.6%. The foil etched with this method is of far higher electric capacity due to its higher channel density, extended channel and good straight-line shape channel structure.
