Abstract:
     This invention utilizes the low-temp. radio frequency plasma injection technique to produce the polymer film electret. By this method, the equipments are simpler, low cost, and cinvenient for operation and maintance. The two surfaces of the product made by this method are substantially with negative potential, and the surface static potential when contacted with the humen skin decays relatively slowly, therefor making the product suitable for curing fracture and promoting bone growth.
