Abstract:
     The present method features that ammonium pentborate is added to the semiconductive mother liquor of manganese nitrate in the amount of 0.1-1 wt.% that of the mother liquor and with a high decomposition temp. of 200-250 deg.c. The present method has simple technological process, excellent humidification of the semiconductive mother liquor to the porous tantalum anode, high sheathing rate of manganese dioxide, small leakage current in products, small capacitance variation in high temp. (up to 85 deg.c). Therefore it can increase withstand voltage, qualification rate and service life of the products.
