| This invention is to substitute a kind of base metal for silver in the preparation of electrode by means of hot-spraying on the ceramic solid component. Ordinary hot-spraying device is employed in this invented process, such as oxy acetylene (hydrogen) flame and metal wire spraying or oxy-acetylene (hydrogen) flame and alloy powder spraying or plasma spraying. It is sprayed on the obverse and reverse sides of the substrate of the ceramic solid component heed by mask clamp carved with holes as required and the electrode is formed by superposition. The ohmic contact is good, and the parameters of samples are even and identical. This process will reduce the labour intensity and save large consumption of silver, and furthermore, the efficiency of production is high, the production period is short and the investment of process equipments is low. | |||
