| The carbon reduction of producing tantalum powder for capacitor of high-voltage high-specific capacitance (63 v, 2,800 muF.V/g) belongs to the field of metallurgy. The present invention features that the Ta2O5 is first carbon-reduced in two stages and that the reduction product is sintered and refined at high temp., and hydrogenated to produce powder, then hydraulically separated, patially doped, mixed, and dehydrogenated and heat-treated. The tantalum powder produced according to the present invention has excellent physical, chemical and electrical properties and stable quality, thus it is suitable for produce capacitors with high rate of finished products. | |||
