Abstract: |
|||
| At present, surface technology for electrodes mostly uses electroplating with lead-tin alloy and a solution containing fluoboric acid (HBF4) and lead compounds, but these chemicals corrode the ceramics, degrade the dielectric property of a capacitor, make the plating layer dull, pollute environment and result in high cost. This invention uses technology of electroplating with nickel-tin-cerium alloy and sulphuric acid solution. Its features are that it prevents corrosion of ceramics, prevents pollution, and is less expensive. | |||
