Abstract:
     The working behavior of an oil contained electric appliance is effected by external atmospheric pressure, present invention provides an oil column which links the oil contained electric appliance and external atmosphere to adjust the oil column pressure P1, so that the pressure within the appliance case keeps constant value P0, according to the relation P0=P P1, where P is atmospheric pressure. The invention can assure the normal working behavior of oil contained appliance under low atmospheric pressure.
