Abstract:
     The invention relates to a manufacturing method of ceramic capacitor dielectric subject to high tension. It takes barium titanate as the basic material and baked at 1080-1330 deg.C after a series of wet vibratory milling, flow film forming, vaccum heating and pressing, etc. The ceramic dielectric made by this invention is able to cope with an a.c. voltage over 10 kv/mm and a dielectric constant 1800-7200 with a loss of 0.004-0.008.
