| A composite contains modified barium titanate particles and additive of Ca, Ti and Mn mixture. The modified barium titanate particles contains Zr, Zn and Nb distributed uniformly in all of the particles. The said composite can be produced into a dielectric layer with Curie temperature lower than 25 deg.C, dielectric constant being at least 10000 and size of crystal grains being 5 micrometer or even smaller, and suitable for multilayer electronic elements, such as circuits and condensers. | |||
