Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a manufacturing process of multilayer core block for ceramic capacitor, which features use of wet manufacturing process to make core block which is not easy to laminate, compact in matrix and simple in manufacturing process and use of flowing process, in which its automatic metal blade cutting machine has high cutting efficiency and rejects are not easily produced. The invented method overcomes such disadvantages of wet manufacturing process that the polytetrafuoroethylene tape on the base plate is replaced once after printing on the base plate once, and the core block edge is easy to break off in course of cutting with low cutting efficiency.
