| The present invention relates to a preparation method of Bi2O3 powder for electronic industry. It is characterized by that a high-purity electrolytic metal bismuth is used as raw material to prepare bismuth nitrate solution, and then the bismuth nitrate solution is hydrolyzed to produce BiONO3, and then the BiONO3 is converted by using NaOH, so that the Bi2O3 can be directly obtained. The technological parameters of said method are: bismuth content of hismuth nitrate solution is more than 200-300g/l; pH value of hydrolytic reaction end point is 1.5-2.5; conversion temp. is 10-90 deg.C and conversion time is 10 min.-2 h.. The purity of the Bi2O3 powder prepared by using said method is more than 99.5%, Fisher size is less than 2 micrometers, grain fineness is less than 500 angstroms, so that it is a good doping material for electronic elements. | |||
