Abstract:
     Besides adjusting the amount of main components such as C, Mn, and S etc., of a 4% Si steel, ALN is added as an auxiliary inhibitor. By controlling hot-rolling temp., improving heat-treatment in hot-rolling and preheating steel to 40-100 deg.C. before cold-rolling, the silicon steel plate of 0.35 mm. thick with iron loss of P15/50 is less than 0.9w/kg and orientation (110)[001] is produced by ordinary twice cold-rollings and intermidiate annealing processes.
