Abstract:
     Based on the content of 4% Si steel, by adjusting the level of Mn,Al,N as well as C in steel, adding MnS and AlN as strong inhibitors, controlling temperature of heating hot-rolled slabs, temp. of final rolling and take-out, and controlling such processes as annealling treatment after hot-rolling and cold-rolling, it is guarranteed that steel with 4% Si be cold-rolled into belt under 60-100 deg.C.. The finished belt is 0.30-0.35 mm. thick. It has excellent magnetic properties such as B10=18600-19400Gau., W15/50=0.67-0.90watt/kg and W17/50=0.90-1.25watt/kg after high-temp. annealling.
