Abstract: |
|||
| The present magnet consists: in that the alloy constituent, part of samarium is substituted by gadolinium, Sm/Gd equal to 4/1-3/2; and others, by weight the percentages are Co 45-47%, Cu 6%, Fe 16-18%, Zr 2-3%. Three stages of sintering are adopted, then isothermic and graduated aging treatments are proceeded. The following characteristics can be attained by the magnet: Br=8800-10096Gs, bH=8000-86000e, JHc is great than or equal to 15000 Oe, (BHc) max=18-21 MGOc. Within the range of 20-120 deg.C the average reversable coefficient of temperature is reduced to -0.007--0.12% deg.C. | |||
