Abstract:
     This regulator is mainly composed of core, work winding, short-circuit winding, insulation components. It is used to regulate the slip for the small or medium type of mill motor with a flywheel. The regulator is based on the principle that its impedance can be changed with the changing rotor frequency of the main motor. The short-circuit winding with suitable turns is assembled on the top of main flux paths to increase active power and power factor of the main motor, to improve the property of the slip regulating and to make full use of the main motor and the flywheel. This invention is simpler in the structure, easier in manufacture, convenienter in maintenance and smaller in room.
