| These plastic materials include mainly the magnetic particle, high adhesive resin, stone powder, and/or glassfiber and special hardening agent of resin. The magnetic particle content of these materials can vary (by wt.) from 55 to 85 percent approximately. By mears of those materials which keep the advantages of firm glueyness and good plastic formability, can be made in accordance with the slot-shape of an electric machine, so that there is not any gap between those materials and the wall of slots. They can be used not only for miniature and micro electric machines, but also supposed to increase the efficiency more over for moderate and large electric machines. This invention relates as well to more simple method of forming magnetic slot-wedges within the slot gates of electric machines. | |||
