Abstract:
     This device is composed of permanent magnet and magnetizer plate to form a magnetic system. the magnetic system rotates by mechanic force to form an alternating magnetic field which demagnetizes magnetic powder passed through it. The magnetic flux density, frequency and decaying rate of the magnetic field can be adjusted in a wide range. The magnetic force line in the alternating magnetic field is perpendicular to the direction in which the powder flows. Its demagnetization efficiency etais 5-30% higher than that of power frequency demagnetization device. It is suitable for demagnetizing the remanence of the magnetic powder with various kind of magnetic properties, therefer providing convinience for further processing.
