Abstract:
     This invention concerns the urgent protection device of the inductor and circuit. Its feature is that a method is presented to increase the permeability of toroidal core by adding A.C. magnetic biasing circuit. An example of A.C. magnetic biasing electric leakage protection switching circuit is given. Using this A.C. magnetic biasing circuit, the permeability can be increased by ten to scores times to reduce the volume of the core and the weight and to increase the sensibility of the electric leakage protection switch. Rated electric leakage actuating current is reduced to less than or equal to 15 mA. AlSo, If the ordinary orientation electrotechnical steel with lower permeability is used in combination with the A.C. magnetic biasing circuit, then Fe-Ni alloy can be replaced to reduce production cost.
