Abstract:
     This invention provides a paste division and figuration device that can mass manufacture divided dough processing fixed shapes. Put paste into a closed funnel, while discharging the paste by means of air pressure, quantificationally divide and shape the paste through cylinder reciprocating manner. The device processes the division and figuration steps at the same time. It is comprised of funnel (100,100') of air pressure mode that is arranged with airtight cover (103), branch (120) that erection bonds the funnel (100,100') onto the up board (121), division and figuration package unit (200) that co-operates with the screw-shaped fitting hole (122) on the up board (121) and can obtain paste from the funnel (100,100'), reciprocating deporting fitting (250) that can drive cylinder (220) of the division and figuration package unit (200) reciprocating by combining with power-transmitting interface (225). This invention has high operating efficiency and can quickly divide and discharge forming dough.
