| A centrifuge collision dough kneading machine is a device which can mix liquid and flour uniformly. It has a small volume, high quality in dough kneading, high efficiency and energy saving, water content in dough unrestricted, fully automatic continuous work, it can be used for small pasta manufacturing or large production and processing line. Through the mechanical role, flour and liquid is processed respectively into two rings one small, the other big, which can drop consecutively, one inside and the other outside land in the ladder inner wheel disc which are covered by an inverted ladder umbrella outer cover wheel. Flour and fluid affected by friction caused by rotation of the inner wheel will produce a centrifuge force, and then move outward, after hit the internal wall of the outer cover wheel, affected by friction caused by rotation of the outer wheel and will produce a centrifuge force, then move out-downward to hit to the inner wheel. As such, flour and fluid will be mixed by numerous hits between the inner wheel and the outer cover wheel. Mixed dough will move out-downward, after hit to the internal wall of the lower retaining tube with a large diameter, it will drop down vertically, and is discharged the dough kneading machine, finally, the dough kneading procedure is completed. | |||
